Elon Musk’s X Corp and SpaceXAI drop antitrust lawsuit against Apple

X Corp, formerly known as Twitter, and Elon Musk's artificial intelligence venture, xAI, have withdrawn their antitrust lawsuit against Apple. The lawsuit, filed in January, accused Apple of leveraging its App Store to stifle competition and extract unfair fees from developers. Specifically, X Corp alleged that Apple's terms for app distribution and in-app purchases created an anticompetitive environment that harmed smaller developers.

The withdrawal of the suit comes after Apple introduced new regulations allowing developers to communicate with their customers about alternative payment methods outside of the App Store.
