This innovative approach, showcased at Giga Texas, deviates significantly from traditional automotive assembly. Instead of a single vehicle chassis progressing sequentially through numerous stations, the Unboxed method assembles distinct modules of the vehicle simultaneously.

This fundamental shift in factory design is crucial for achieving the high output Musk envisions. Past Tesla production ramp-ups have often faced significant challenges in scaling efficiently.
