‘Ukraine Violated Starlink, Used It To Kill People’: Elon Musk As Speed Restores

The report indicates Elon Musk claims Ukraine's use of Starlink, the satellite internet service he controls, extended beyond its intended defensive purposes and was utilized in offensive actions resulting in fatalities. Musk stated he had previously denied requests to activate Starlink in certain areas of Ukraine, citing the potential for escalation in the ongoing conflict.

This assertion is significant as Starlink has been a crucial communication tool for Ukraine since the Russian invasion, enabling command and control, civilian connectivity, and information dissemination. The control Musk asserts over the service, and his stated rationale for limiting its use, highlight the complex intersection of private technology, international conflict, and geopolitical influence.
