Video: Trump Says Musk Has Restored Ukraine’s Access to Starshield

Donald Trump stated during a recent rally that Elon Musk has restored Ukraine's access to Starshield, a satellite internet service. Starshield is a commercial version of SpaceX's Starlink constellation, intended for government and enterprise use. Its deployment in conflict zones offers a critical means of communication when traditional infrastructure is damaged or unavailable.

The availability of reliable internet access is paramount for military operations, enabling command and control, intelligence gathering, and coordination among forces. For Ukraine, particularly in the early stages of the conflict and in areas under bombardment, Starlink and its Starshield variant have been instrumental in maintaining these vital communication links, impacting the effectiveness of their defense.
